So far waste management purpose is useful to distinguish 3 types of waste. First is low activity waste, which has got a very short life of these radionucleids. Then you have a medium level waste, which are in between, and then you have high level waste, where you have very few short life radionucleids. But then there is a large amount of long living radionucleids, which causes lots of problems. And there are very strong heat emitters and therefore needs a particular attention and the research community have spent lot of time in trying to analyse this problem.
