So for our
calculation we made some assumption that the fire of the thermal power,
half of it, went in fire radiation. Then we assumed for the smoke this characteristics,
then we had also reflection of the tunnel wall, so we had to accept evaluate
tunnel reflectance for short wave and long waves, also of the pavement.
Then convective heat tranport coefficient is given here. Further we assumed steady convection radiation for 5 minutes and the rock temperature behind the tunnel at initial temperature was 20 degrees centigrade. | ![]() |
