We have used the visual MODLOW software with preprocessing and post-processing facilities for obtaining the hydraulic head solution. Slice successive over relaxation (SSOR) age was used. The accuracy of computed heads was judged by computing mean errors, mean absolute errors and root mean square error at 16 observation wells. The errors are found to be about 0.17, 3.4 and 3.7 respectively for the 16 observation wells.
