We can compare the recent sampling we have carried out under this EU-project.
At the first bridge the surface water effluents concentrate a TDS concentration
of about 1.300 milligrams per litre. You can generally form the main constituents
are Chlorides, which is indicated by the green and red is Sulphates and
Sodium is yellow.
And the TDS near this second bridge is about 1.800 milligrams per litre,
whereas the Chlorides are in the range of 500 milligrams per litre.
And the groundwater sample near this fourth bridge also indicates this
similar concentration as that of the effluents.
At Arutla the surface water TDS is about 1.800 milligrams per litre, the
Chlorides and Sulphates are of the order of 800 milligrams per litre.
