The results from geophysical measurements, pumping tests at 16 wells in hard rock areas and alluvial aquifer areas are the following.
We have a lateral aquifer extent up to 600 meters, thickness up to about 10 meters, and the depth of the water table is between 2 to 10 meters, sometimes it is also 17 meters.
The discharge rate from the main aquifer is between 1.1 to 5 litres with a high capacity and unconfined and semiconfined aquifer conditions, especially in the hard rock areas.
The transmissivity is between 30 to 60 square meters a day in the fractured granite aquifer. The transmissivity in the alluvial aquifer is much higher, up to 1.300 square meters per day, and the estimated current flow velocity is between 20 to 100 meters per day.
