Images could be spatial variation in 2nd dimensions, 3rd dimensions, 4th dimensions or higher dimensions and the images could be brightness or coloured images in the red-green-blue sense. So the idea is for the user to select objects in the images but do so in a manner which does not make the task tedious for the humans. The operation of selection is very important in image editing, because when you combine different parts of different images and make a single image, then selection of the correct part of the image is very important. What we will do, we will look at the commercial tools that are available for this purpose and also look at something that we have done ourselves recently which enhances, or which advances the state of the art of object selection.
