Here is the time when vacuum tubes started being developed at the University of Pennsylvania and the first computer ENIAC was developed using electronics. Subsequent versions of computers have come as a full development of ENIAC and UNIVAC. Once the IBM Corporation came out with the commercial computers, the ball started rolling.
