This is a sectional view of a steam turbine with high pressure sections, intermediate pressure sections and low pressure sections, with its bearings and its supporting structure. This picture is in order to remind that the system that we want to analyse from a dynamical point of view is composed by the rotor, by the bearings and also by the supporting structure.
